Lunch was a relatively healthy success.  I had a salad with grape tomatoes, pimento stuffed green queen olives, a little bit of feta cheese, a handful of toasted walnuts with a little bit of homemade olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.  Also I ate a whole avocado, sliced and tossed with some fresh lime juice and sprinkled with some "pico de gallo" spice mix.  I tried to follow the MUFA rule from the new Prevention program, the &lt;a href="http://www.prevention.com/cda/article/meet-the-5-flat-belly-foods" rel="nofollow"&gt;Flat Belly Diet&lt;/a&gt;, I read about yesterday. </description>
