Ageless Derma Anti-Aging Intensive Skin Brightener Review #sponsored

Thanks to Ageless Derma I received a complimentary product for the purpose of this review.

BrighteningCream

For the past month I’ve been using the Ageless Derma Anti-Aging Intensive Skin Brightener.  If you’ve read any of my previous skin care posts you will already know that the texture of my skin has changed in the past few years.  Now in my early thirties I’ve noticed a thickening of my forehead and chin skin and the skin around my eyes is feeling  more delicate and showing fine lines.  I have one spot on my right cheek that I believe is an acne scar gone wild.  Over the years it has discolored and gotten bigger and bigger.  No matter how much SPF lotion, castor oil or other stuff I put on it it doesn’t seem to want to lighten or shrink.  Also, little sun spots and other sun damage has become more evident across my nose and top of my cheeks.

Within the first week of usage I notice that my skin overall was bright and light.  Impressively so.  There are a few acne marks on the underside of my chin which lightened up quite a bit from using the Ageless Derma Brightener.  What I really appreciated is that I didn’t experience any irritation even using it morning and night.  The cream is light and has a pleasant scent.  It is not oily which is great for someone with an oily T-zone.

During this time I didn’t do much in the way of exfoliation other than washing my face with a washcloth.  Usually after a few days I start to experience a lot of dead skin on my forehead, but to my surprise the amount was very minimal.  Since using the Ageless Derma cream was the only thing in my routine that had changed I attribute this improvement to the cream.

Though the skin brightener does work to lighten and even out the skin tone even on acne marks it did not seem to do much to eliminate the mark on my cheek. I’ll probably have to continue using the brightening cream, concentrating on that spot to see if it will work.  As far as my facial skin color and texture overall, it has improved and is much lighter than it usually is at this time of year.  I garden a lot and even though I do use SPF I still get a pretty good tan on my face.  The Ageless Derma Anti-Aging Intensive Skin Brightener has kept my skin from getting too dark this season.
