Day 6 of new workout regimen

Yay, it’s Saturday and though I slept in a bit today I did actually do my Great Abs Guaranteed. We had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which isn’t extremely healthy. Oh, well. I’ve done pretty good though staying away from large quantities of sugar; that is my biggest weakness. Yesterday I did have a Coca-Cola at about 3 PM. I hadn’t had any sugar or coffee at all yesterday and my butt was dragging really bad.

On a side note, have any of you ladies out there had pain/soreness in your breast without any discernible lesion/bump? This is the second month this has happened and I’m getting a little concerned. This happened last month in my left breast and this month it’s my right. It feels almost like a large bruise but there is no mark. Any insights would be appreciated.
