Days 30-36: My Journey from Pudgy to "Perfect0

This was not a good week for my workout regimen.  The combination of depression, tiredness, and shoes that don’t fit (meaning I have to workout barefoot) didn’t make for encouraging exercise circumstances.  I was also sick a few days this week which took the wind out of my sails a bit.

Day 30: Great Abs Guaranteed and 15 Pushups

Day 31: Walking – All Day

Day 32 & 33: Sick

Day 34: Tired

Day 35: Housework was my workout

Day 36: Walking and Housework

I want to try to get back into the swing of things.  The rugburn on my feet from the last time I did the Slim In 6 routine has healed so I might try again.  I’ve tried with socks but there is no traction when I try to move and I end up overextending myself.  I almost pulled a groin muscle last time I tried that – Ouch!  I really need to get some new athletic shoes.

Anyone have any suggestions on good ones in a size 6.5 Wide that runs a little big or a 7W?
