Dr. Hana’s #Nasopure Nasal Wash System Review

Flu season is in full swing. ICUs and nursing homes in our area are so afraid of being contaged or contaging the public that they are on lock down with heavy visitor reatrictions.  It’s highly probable you will get sick at some point this winter.   Eating right and exercising are ways to help shore up your body to fight and prevent infection.   There are other precautions you can take like disinfecting your home and car, washing your hands and the inside of your nose!

Thanks to BeWell Health, LLC I received a Nasopure sample kit nasal wash system for review.  I’ve always been intrigued by the neti pot for cleansing the sinuses during allergy and cold and flu season.  The cost of them turned me off a bit, but I’d heard good things.  Then my mom told me I should have a saline solution nasal cleanser handy any time of year to prevent and treat irritation and infection.

I like the Nasopure bottle because it’s made in the USA, BPA-free and assembled by disabled adults.  The bottle is easy to use and includes explicit instructions on how to hold and properly use the nasal cleansing bottle. It includes 4 packets of buffered saline which is good for providing relief without stinging. They even provide instructions on how to teach a child to use the bottle on their own since you aren’t supposed to administer it to a child.  At first I was a little confused by this but then I began to understand it would not be safe to shoot the saline up their nose when they aren’t ready.

Every member of the family should have their own bottle.  Treat once a day for prevention, twice a day for mild infections and allergies and up to 4 times a day for severe inflammation and infection.   Keep your filter to the world clean and healthy.

I received a complimentary item for the purposes of review.
