The #NewLeanForLife Book Review

I received this book – The New Lean For Life –  for free in exchange for my honest review.  The information inside is interesting and I believe that if you dedicate yourself to following the protocol you will succeed to some degree.  Truth is I have been rather lax in following the rules laid out in the book to trick the mind into believing it is not being deprived.  That is of course my fault and not the book’s problem.  I did get  little bored in the beginning when they detailed the history of the program and some of the science behind why it works.  I want to get to the nitty gritty asap; that’s part of why I had so many false starts with this.  Getting sick and just not having the right stuff on hand to stick to the protocol didn’t help matters either.  Technology has kind of spoiled  me with immediate access to focused information now.  I get a little antsy trying to sit down and read about how to get a thing done, when I could be doing it or something else instead.  Too often I end up going for the something else.  Again that’s my problem, not the book’s issue.
