Nature’s Nectar Clear Mind #MigraineRelief Review

Thanks to Nature’s Nectar i received a complimentary bottle of Clear Mind nutritional supplement for review. Lately I’ve been suffering a lot of headaches. Some from allergy issues and others from causes unknown. Tension and stress are always a concern.

My hopes in trying this supplement is to aid the OTC drugs I’ve been taking in easing the pain. Actually I’d like to be able to stop taking them altogether. Acetaminophen and ibuprofen take their toll on your liver and digestive system so taking them for long periods is never a good idea. Though this supplement is intended for easing migraine headaches the vitamins, minerals, and herbs have many other benefits.

Benefits of Vitamin B-12

B-12 a water soluble vitamin that helps maintain circulatory and nerve health. Basically it helps your whole body function better. Deficiency is usually displayed with symptoms of fatigue.

Benefits of Magnesium

Magnesium is a mineral that prevents a host of serious and sometimes debilitating body issues. Most serious of these are high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney and liver disease, osteoporosis and impotence. Sufficient magnesium can also prevent headaches, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, Alzheimer’s, restless leg syndrome, worsened PMS, behavioral disorders, insomnia, bacterial or fungal infections, dental cavities, muscle cramps & weakness.

Benefits of Butterbur

Anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, cardio tonic, diaphoretic, diuretic, and leaves that function as an analgesic.

Studies show that Butterbur is currently most effective for the treatment of headaches and inflammation, severity of migraines and hay fever. It is important to note that Butterbur has not been proven to treat all allergies, only seasonal allergies which include itchy eyes and noses, sneezing, runny noses and nasal congestion.
