If you already love Stonyfield yogurt you will be happy to know that now they have a Greek yogurt variety in their line of delicious products. When I get up in the morning I crave something that is filling and a little bit sweet. A home made Berry Cobbler yogurt made with some rich and creamy Greek yogurt always hits the spot.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Stonyfield Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
3 tablespoons granola (I like the Bear Naked Maple Pecan)
1/4 cup chopped strawberries or other berry of your choice
For an extra protein kick you may add 1/2 a scoopful of your favorite vanilla flavored whey protein powder. Adds a nice texture too.
Directions:
Mix together the Stonyfield Greek yogurt, vanilla, stevia and protein powder, if desired, until smooth. Top with granola and berries and enjoy.
