It’s close to lunch time and some warm spicy Indian food sounds so good. My favorite meal is Chicken Tikka Masala with steaming hot basmati rice specked with saffron, a side of paner kulcha (naan stuffed with cilantro and fresh cheese) and masala tea. On warm days sometimes I’ll get a rich, sweet mango lassi and cool rice pudding spiced with cardamom and cinnamon. OMG my mouth is watering! Well, though I may not have these items available right now, I think I know what I’ll be making for supper!
