Cleveland, Ohio – StoneWater (One Club Drive, Highland Heights, Ohio) is hosting a captivating dining experience as they pair an intriguing & one-of-a-kind, 5 course dinner, with 5 unique vodkas from around the world. Every course will get a sample of the vodka “neat” as well as a mini crafted cocktail created by staff mixologist, Jen Snook. The carefully curated dinner pairing menu was conceived by Executive Chef, Kathryn Neidus. This fun night of exciting food and fascinating vodkas will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 7:00 – 9:30 pm Cost is $110 pp (plus tax and gratuity).
“This evening will take our guests on a vodka tour from around the world with a uniquely assembled menu, said Kathryn Neidus, Executive Chef at StoneWater. We are beyond thrilled to offer intriguing creations and uncommon vodkas at another one of our dinner and drink pairing events. “
The five-course menu includes:
· Steak Tartare, bubble wrap mustard, pear, crostini’s with Hangar 1 Markut Lime Vodka and a “Taxi the Runway” cocktail
· Tortellini with veal sweetbread, artichoke cream and crispy leeks is paired with Fair Quinoa Vodka – and a “Fair Enough” cocktail
· Pastrami Cured Salmon with dill potato pierogi, lemon crema, caviar and lovage coupled with Russian Standard Vodka and a “Kinda A Big Dill” cocktail
· Tempura Soft Shell Crab with sweet corn and coconut puree, pickled shishito’s, thai basil, ponzu reduction and nori. Accompanying this amazing creation is Haku Vodka with a cocktail creation entitled, Kanji,
· Buttermilk Bluebharb Triffle concludes the meal. A sumptuous lemon pound cake, bluebharb compote, buttermilk pastry cream, caramel whipped cream with Whitley Rhubarb Vodka – and a “Call an Uber” cocktail
