Get In Shape Now, Stay In Shape Later In Life

You have got to check out this video of an 86-year-old gymnast who shows off 2 incredible routines.  It goes to show that a lifetime of dedication to maintaining your fitness keeps your joints and muscles supple.  I’m no gymnast but at least this gives me hope that if I get in shape now and keep up my exercise as life goes on I can be more active and fit well into my twilight years.
