My morning coffee must have cream and, dare I say it, sugar. I can’t stand the taste of artificial sweeteners. Even some natural sweeteners which I like on fruit and other uses I dislike with great prejudice in coffee. Much to my surprise xylitol was delicious in coffee. Teaspoon for teaspoon is sweetened just as well as natural sugar. One thing I did discover is that you must drink it HOT or the flavor changes.
