As a user of an Android phone with curved edges and a very intuitive GUI I am very happy I do not have an I-Phone. I believe this patent suit is going to develop into a black eye for Apple’s reputation. The whole thing just doesn’t have a good feeling to it. As some of the commenters noted on the article What Will Apple’s Patent Case Mean For Phone Design? : All Tech Considered : NPR – What radius constitutes an infringement on the rounded corner rectangular phone? It is incredibly frustrating that the patent can be so broad. Look at the images in the article noted above and truthfully give your assessment of how similar/dissimilar the IPhone is to the Galaxy SIII.
