Well, it’s day two and I haven’t given up yet. I did the “Great Abs Guaranteed” workout again this morning. After yesterday I could really feel the burn this morning. I had to do the workout by memory since my little girl was still asleep when I got up to workout.
It’s not a difficult workout in terms of complexity. Its a circuit of seven exercises done in 30 second intervals and each is done twice = seven minutes. These are the exercises:
- Hip Rock
- Leg Lifts
- Isometric Crunch
- Left Oblique Crunch
- Right Oblique Crunch
- Full Body Crunch
The isometric crunch, left and right oblique crunches are the only ones that don’t require you to use your legs. So not are my abs sore, but my hips hurt too. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t have skinny chicken legs to lift :-).
If I’m still sore tomorrow I might try an arm workout to let the rest of me recover.
