This is the first full weigh in & measure update that I’ve done in 6 weeks. To date I’ve lost 14 lbs. from my highest weight. I was a little hesitant to measure, but I did notice my jeans were almost falling off of me the other day so I knew it was about time to officially measure.
Eating a steady diet of 1440 calories and making sure most of those were veggies and fruits with a serving of protein at every meal and snack I’ve been able to diminish my measurements as follows:
Waist: 1 1/4″
Hips: 1″
Chest: 1″
Thighs: 1/2″
Calves: 1″
Biceps: 1 1/2″
I’m going to continue doing what I’ve been doing and using the
My Calorie Counter – Everyday Health to keep track of my results. So far it has been my most useful and readily available tool in my weight loss journaling.
From my last six weeks I have noticed that making sure your diet is replete with high fiber foods is absolutely key as well as drinking plenty of water. You need to provide your body with the proper nutrition as well as the tools necessary to make sure that what goes in also is able to readily come out (sounds gross, but it’s true). One of my favorite fiber supplements when I’m feeling a little backed up is Lewis Labs Fabulous Fiber. If you are lactose intolerant I would suggest finding the Lewis Labs Fiber Yeast. This fiber supplement is non addictive and not a stimulant laxative. It adds just enough bulk to help scrub your colon clean.
