Great review. Having the mattress cover IS sort of like being able to throw a mattress in the washer. Thanks for sharing!

My husband and I just bought a new mattress last year. We never got a mattress cover to go with it. Therefore, I have had to clean our mattress quite often. I love that this mattress pad is organic cotton flannel. I would love to sleep on something so comfy. I love the feeling of anything organic. I like that his mattress pad is waterproof. In the summer time where I live, it gets really hot. Therefore, our mattress suffers. What I also really like about this mattress cover is that you can wash. Some mattress covers you wash tend to get ruined in the machine. I’ve experienced that in the past. I’m all about owning things that will last a really long time. This mattress cover looks like it will last a long time.

I think that it is great that these pads allow you to breathe…my daughter also sweats alot and while we do have a mattress pad on her bed it is not the kind that keeps her cool. Waterproof and allergenic are definitely pluses in my book too.

I am very impressed with the healthy, safe, even healing properties of these products! I have some serious problems with neck and shoulder pain which not only makes it hard to fall asleep but the pain when I get up is – well – no way to start a brand new day. So I would love to try one or even both of the http://www.naturepedic.com/products/you/organic_pillows.php – and of couse then I would want/ the pillow cases too!

Comment *The Naturepedic Organic Cotton Mattress Pad sounds very comfortable. I love that it’s not made of synthetic materials. I also love that it would help to keep me cool at night and absorb any night time sweating from menopause.

I really like the fact that it is natural and free of harmful chemicals.I thought that the natural flame retardents to be a great idea!If the airplane that we travel in could acommodate this in their seats ,those that frequently fly would be much healthier. There is an article in National Geographic magazine,Oct .2006 about the toxic harm that flame retardents cause. One of their journalists had extensive blood work that showed the high % of flame retardents in his blood. They came to the conclusion that it was due to the the frequency he spent flying . The airplane seats are soaked in flame retardents. We spend a great deal of time sleeping.I value the time that my body can get a break from toxic chemicals. I would love to win this!Thank you for offering such a healthy prize…
