This Zim’s MaxFreeze which I received free for review helped save my back and neck. Just as I was trying to start a new workout routine I slept weird and woke up totally stiff. After a soak in Epsom salts and frankincense essentialoil my husband rubbed the greaseless muscle & joint pain gel all over my back.
It absorbs quickly and isn’t sticky or oily. The menthol is pretty strong but diminishes slowly. This gel also contains arnica. The first time I used a formula with arnica was 12 years ago in New Zealand.
On a layover at LAX pain in my sciatic went from a twinge to downright debilitating just before an 18 hour flight. I got stuck in a bulkhead row without a reclining seat. The lady in the row behind us was kind enough to let me switch seats with her for a while. After two more layovers in Auckland and Christchurch my mom and I trudged to a pharmacy in Queenstown.
There we found some Epsom salts and a pomade with arnica. It helped me regain mobility and made the next week livable at work and play. This Zim’s Max Freeze gel has the added benefit of natural menthol. This is useful for backache, sprains, strains, arthritis and bruises. We have used it for dealing with growing pains in our daughters’ legs and arms. It’s been great to help them find relief and get their much needed rest.
