My mother takes turmeric curcumin supplements on a daily basis and has recommended them for me to help recover from muscular pain after workouts or for when I strain my neck or back. This supplement does help to reduce the recovery time post workout, but I found it did something slightly more significant for me.
Recently I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain and inflammation from a broken tooth. To ease the pain until I can go to a dentist to get the problem taken care of I’ve been taking a lot of anti-inflammatory OTC medications like acetaminophen and ibuprofen. They work OK, but after a while both of them cause me some stomach upset and I start to need a respite from taking them. Taking this turmeric curcumin supplement from Research Verified has provided me the only rest from taking this OTC pain meds that has made a notable difference. When I take this supplement I can usually skip one or two doses of pain killers before needing more to assuage the pain.
This supplement contains 1000mg per serving of turmeric curcumin extract with 95% curcuminoids. It also has 20mg of BioPerine (Black Pepper Fruit Extract).

It is a funny looking little tuber that looks very similar to ginger root, but much smaller. Fresh it has a fragrance similar to carrots, but that spiciness lingers close behind.[/dropshadowbox]
