It’s day 8 and I’m still at it even after a day of rest. Today I started on the Slim in 6 routine with Debbie Seebers of Beach Body. I thought maybe I’d have to break it down into 2 workouts throughout the day, but I was able to power through and felt better for it. Even though most of the workout is plie and standard squats it didn’t make me as sore as the Thin Thighs Guaranteed workout. This makes me happy.
Tomorrow will be my weigh in day. I don’t have my hopes up. I did notice though that my jeans are fitting a little better and that is something.
BTW – Don’t forget to mail or e-file your taxes by MIDNIGHT tomorrow or the boogeyman will get you. Oh wait, no, that’s the taxman. Same difference.:-D
